Ballet BC Gift Certificate Raffle Rules of Play
The raffle will take place from Tuesday, Jun 2, 2026 - Tuesday Jun 30, 2026, with the final draw occurring on Wednesday, Jul 1, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM at 1286 Cartwright Street, Vancouver, BC, V6H 3R8. Tickets will be available for purchase online at https://balletbcraffle.com.
All tickets will only be sold to individuals who are 19 years of age or older.
Ticket Prices:
○ 1 ticket for $15 ($15/ticket)
○ 5 tickets for $25 ($5/ticket)
○ 15 tickets for $50 ($3.33/ticket)
○ 50 tickets for $100 ($2/ticket)
Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by BUMP, a division of CBN.
Draw Date and Cut-Off:
- The main draw will take place on Wednesday, Jul 1, 2026, at Ballet BC, 1286
Cartwright Street, Vancouver. - To be eligible, ticket purchases must be made no later than 11:59 PM on
Tuesday, Jun 30, 2026.
- After purchasing, participants will receive an emailed receipt with their registered ticket numbers generated by a Random Number Issuing System. Numbers are assigned randomly, and specific numbers cannot be requested.
- The winning ticket number will be selected using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system from all tickets sold. Participants do not need to be present at the time of the draw to win.
- The winning number will be announced on https://balletbcraffle.com. The winner will also be contacted directly by a Ballet BC representative via phone and/or email.
- The winner can claim their prize by contacting Ballet BC by emailing philanthropy@balletbc.com. The winning ticket must be brought to 1286 Cartwright Street, Vancouver, BC, at a pre-arranged time for verification.
- The prize will be awarded via gift certificate once the winning ticket is verified. The winner must present the original ticket - copies will not be accepted.
- The winning ticket holder has 3 months from the draw date to claim their prize.
- To claim the prize, the winner must provide photo identification and verify their phone number and address.
Prize Details:
- Upon verification, the winner will receive a prize package consisting of: Two-Night Stay in a Deluxe King, With Complimentary Valet Parking Complimentary use of e bikes; 500 Gift Certificate to Tableau Restaurant; 2 VIFF Festival Pass; 2 Power Facial certificates for Skoah at Yaletown; 2 Ballet BC 26/27 season subscriptions.
- If the winner cannot provide photo ID, the prize will be held until proper identification is provided.
- OPUS Vancouver Hotel Gift certificate reservations are based on space availability. This gift certificate will not be extended beyond its expiry date and is not redeemable in part or in whole for cash. Valid from: May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027. All dates are subject to blackout dates and hotel availability; may not be available on weekends & holidays. To make your reservation kindly contact Andreea at andreea@opushotel.com. All gift certificate reservations can be made no earlier than 30 days prior to the preferred date.
- The 2026 Vancouver International Film Festival dates are October 1 - 11, 2026. Passholders get an allotment of seats on a first come first served basis, and the allotments are held up until twenty minutes before the screening begins. Ticket passes will be available to the public in August 2026.
- If the winner does not claim the prize within 3 months, the unclaimed prize will be donated back to Ballet BC, with approval from the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB) of British Columbia.
- No refunds will be issued for any ticket purchases.
- Ticket purchasers must be physically located in the province of British Columbia at the time of purchase.
- Any complaints or concerns can be forwarded via email listed on the raffle ticket or purchasing website. All issues will be addressed directly by Ballet BC.
- If unforeseen circumstances delay or prevent the draw from occurring as scheduled, Ballet BC will notify ticket holders via email and post updated information on the raffle website.
